Our intention for this kick-off event is to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for women and men of color to introduce them to the healing benefits of yoga. We also look forward to holding collaborative events with the entire community in the future! Dragonfly and the Progress Center will be working together to increase access for Black women to yoga and fitness in Madison, facilitate conversations on inclusivity, and develop opportunities for yoga teacher training for underrepresented folks.
